I NEVER FEEL FIT TO ADD CRITIQUES.....but this is so good that I feel like I need to mmmmm I like how different it is from your other works and I very much enjoy the shading overall! The blueness definitely makes it feel more royal, and I love how clean it looks! Dat hair, too. Her mane looks so soft! I do have to say the expression seems blank or she is very lost in thought. Adding eyebrows would make her seem more characteristic and livelike! Try to give characters something to look at or think about that relates to the background, or else the character drawn will look deadish. I am also confused on where the light is coming from. As someone above said, it is very apparent in the background but on the pony herself it is difficult to see.
